Catalina Crunch: Maple Waffle Keto Cereal Review
Breakfast just tastes better at night or is that just me? Or maybe its just that regular cereal is secretly a dessert with just a ton of sugar? Regardless, this cereal by Catalina Crunch hopefully won't give you the jitters before bed. This is probably my favorite cereal by them tied for first with the fruity variation that taste like Froot Loops. They just remind of that classic waffle flavor you used to get from the Waffle Crisp cereal that they just brought back, but not drenched in sugars. The cereal stays perfectly crisp throughout the bowl but I bet if you hold out a bit longer they have get a little softer if that's what you're into (I just haven't been able to wait that long and see). The macros from these cereals are killer and come in at 11g of protein while only having 5g of net carbs. Be careful with the portion size however it may look small but they actually fill you up.
