Legendary Foods: Hot Fudge Sundae Toaster Pastry Review
Hot fudge sundae in a low sugar pop-tart? Didn't think it was possible until I came across this keto-friendly concoction. As soon as this flavor came out I immediately went and bought a pack. Although a little expensive (typically the case with lesser known ingredients) I do think they nailed the sundae flavor. The texture is the same as the blueberry toaster pastry but filled with chocolate fudge, encased in a pastry, layered with frosting and finally adorned with chocolate sprinkles. Would love to give this 5 stars but its a little hard to make the fudge actually "hot" without the tart splitting. Definitely would recommend zapping it in the microwave for 5-10 seconds but keep an eye on it so it doesn't get everywhere when it splits. After heating the pastry up a little, I then cut it up into pieces to toss in my ice cream as an actual hot topping.
