Livlo : Keto Biscuits Baking Mix Review
Updated: Apr 10, 2021
Less of snack since this requires some preparation but thought I would give it a shot given in case anyone was contemplating. They came out very moist and less flaky than a biscuit so I would definitely not classify this as a biscuit. Although this was super easy to make and literally required only two other ingredients (butter + eggs). They also are a little saltier but I'm guessing that's because of the almond flour. I did enjoy them with some Wabry syrup, or some keto jam and just plain ol' butter. After about a day or so they still felt a little wet in comparison to the dryness of a regular biscuit. I threw it in the toaster oven topped with cheese and they perked back up.
