Ripple: Unsweetened Original Plant Based Milk Review

One of my favorite non-dairy vegan milks out there. This has the consisitency and thickness of your standard cow milk but definitely not as sweet. There is a good amount of pea protein in this milk vs your other milks. Coming in at about 8g of protein per serving which is just as much as regular dairy but less calories and carbs if you're watching both of those. Goes great in 1:1 recipe substitutes that call for milk as it has the consistency I look for in milk. I typically put this in with my cereal or tend to make a shake/smoothie from this but whatever you can do with milk I'm assuming you can do with this as well.
